An invoice will be given at the end of each month and request payment at that time. Medicare doesn’t pay for fitness programs such as this. If you have a Medicare reimburseable issue, I can refer you to a Medicare provider.
Cancellations may be made up to 12 hours of the scheduled appointment without penalty. That way, I can put another client in your time slot, or see a new client that may have to wait for an open appointment. If I (or an associate) come to your home and you aren’t there, you will be charged for the hour.
